Created in 2010 under the Grand Paris Act, the Paris-Saclay Development Authority drives and coordinates the development of the Paris- Saclay scientific and technological cluster and
the promotion of its international scope and outreach. The Authority acts as the developer for joint development zones, partner to the academic players of Université Paris-Saclay.

DIRECCTE Île-de-France
The regional directorate for enterprises, competition policy, consumer affairs, labour and employment (direccte) is a state service under the authority of the regional Préfet, with a mission to sustain economic development of enterprises in
order to develop employment.
Key tasks consist in supporting businesses at every stage in growth cycle and anticipating
and helping businesses cope with economic change. Civil servants in the Economic,
competitiveness and international department focus on start-ups and SMEs with strong growth potential, and with in-depth knowledge of the needs are now supporting upwards of 1,000 enterprises accompanied each year.

Paris Région Entreprises, the Paris Region Economic Development Agency
Acting on behalf of the Ile-de-France region, the association Paris Région Entreprises plays a lead role with companies looking to deploy their development projects. It assists companies from the preparatory phases through to the implementation of their innovation and international development projects. The agency helps you turn ecological, social and societal goals into long term success factors.

Paris Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Paris Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides access to a wide range of services devoted to businesses, and to all the information, agencies, aids and schemes they may need.
The chamber is there to support the economic development of the Essonne and Yvelines departments and is at the disposal of companies to help them address all practical matters to do with their business, trade and development.
Essonne departmental council (Conseil départemental de l’Essonne)
Located in the southern part of the Paris region, Essonne is strategically situated with respect to both France and Europe. With a population of over 1.2 million people, 62,476 businesses and around 250 business and technology parks, the department is a focus for much of the industrial and technological activity of the Île-de-France region.

Yvelines departmental council (Conseil départemental des Yvelines)
